Detailed Description

Ronix has designed this user-friendly spray gun to provide the most uniform finish for all painters. A shoulder strap is one the best features because it enables the painter to carry the tool as easy as possible. All the components have been manufactured with cutting-edge technologies and out of the best raw materials to boost the quality.

Ronix 1395 HVLP electric spray gun gives you easier portability and a uniform painting cover. Keep reading to learn more about this high-quality tool.

Motor and mechanism:

Ronix HVLP Floor-Based Spray Gun 1395 is powered by a 950W universal motor. This rotary motor uses 220-240v and 50-60Hz of electric power to spin and suck the air through an air filter at the back. There is a quick-release window to change the air filter easily. This air will move along the gun and get mixed with the paint from the 800ml paint reservoir, making a maximum flow rate of 1000ml/min.
The viscosity of the paint is one of the essential factors in having an efficient painting operation. To have the best performance, ensure the maximum viscosity is not more than 100din/sec. A viscosity measuring cup comes in the box with the device to help you in this case.

Body and Switches:

Spray painting could be time-consuming, so Ronix designed 1395 to be light, handy, and ergonomically easy to grab to avoid hand fatigue. It is just 3.2kg making it easy to handle and move in the workplace.
For better maintenance and cleaning, use the quick-release button on top, which separates the pistol gun from the motor housing.
One of the significant concerns of spray gun users is cleaning the pistol gun. Ronix 1395 spray gun’s user-friendly design enables you to assemble the pistol gun as efficiently as possible. Also, the pistol gun is designed to help you wash and clean it very fast.

Flow Control Knob:

Fill the paint, and you are all set to go. Pull the trigger and start painting. A mechanical flow control knob behind the trigger helps you increase or decrease the material output to customize your paint flow to your coating. The maximum flow that this gun can spray is 1000 ML/Min.

Nozzle:

The nozzles capacities are 1.8 and 2.6mm. These two sizes of air caps give you more spraying options. These are adjustable air caps, so go ahead and spin them to change the spray pattern to horizontal, vertical, or even round mode.
